Terms of Service

1. What Omma does

Omma reads your app’s public website, builds a picture of your brand, and generates social posts and images you can edit, save, schedule, and — on a paid plan with a connected account — publish automatically.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• The Free plan lets you plan and schedule, but not publish automatically.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Each plan includes a monthly generation allowance. Allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over.
• You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Payments already made are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or where we agree in writing.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

4. Generated content

• You own what you publish. As between you and Omma, the content Omma generates for you is yours to use.
• Check before you post. AI can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, claims, and legal compliance before anything goes out.
• Similar output is possible. AI models may produce comparable results for other users, so we cannot promise your output is unique.
• A generation that fails for a technical, provider, or safety reason does not count against your allowance. Output you simply don’t like does count, though you get a small number of free retries.

5. Your website and your material

By giving us a URL or uploading files, you confirm you have the right to do so and that we may process them to provide the service. You keep ownership of everything you upload.

6. Publishing to social accounts

Automatic publishing is available on paid plans and requires you to connect an account. Delivery depends on the social platform and our publishing partner; we cannot guarantee a post will be accepted or delivered on time. You must follow the rules of each platform you publish to. If nothing is connected, scheduled items are reminders for you to post by hand.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Omma to create or distribute:

• illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or sexually explicit material;
• spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or impersonation of another person or brand;
• content that infringes someone else’s rights.

You also agree not to resell the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape the product, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Availability

We work to keep Omma running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn. Third-party AI and publishing providers can fail or change their own terms, which may affect what Omma can do.

9. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; this cancels your subscription and removes your workspace content. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or with reasonable notice for any other reason, refunding any unused paid period.

10. Liability

Omma is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Meaningful changes will be announced by email or in the product before they take effect; continuing to use Omma means you accept them.
